In the year 1990 constriction work spend rapidly but there was only 2/3 steel & re-rolling who can produce grad rod. That time 95% construction used low quality ingot rod and that type of rod was very risky for any kind of construction. But HAJEE ISLAM UDDIN STEEL & RE-ROLLING MILLS LTD produce high quality billet from imported scrap MS 1 & MS 2 and from high quality billet we produce 60 & 40 grad deform ROD and TOR steel,Angel Flat Bar,channel.

The Project is site at Bhulta, P.O & Thana: Rupgong,Dist: Narayangong. It is in main road and in front of high way. It only about10 Kilometer from the Capital city of Dhaka. The project is situated at Industrial Zone.

The Factory Building and Factory shed designed and constriction by civil engineer. The main factory building made of R.C.C. frame structure with CGI sheet roofing. The office building, raw materials and finished goods go down are same specification. Total Factory Building and Factory shed is about 50,000 SFT and 10,000 SFT open space for loading and unloading. The Factory has all modern facilities. Good transportation facilities is ready for delivery.

Our mill is divided in two portion steel mill produce best quality 60 & 40 Grad Billet another Re-Rolling mill produce 60 & 40 grad deform ROD and TOR steel ,Angel ,Flat Bar , channel. The annual rated capacity of the project based on 03 (three) shifts operation of 08 (eight) hours per shift and 300 days in a year. The yearly capacity 85,000 M.T and The daily production capacity of the project has been estimated as 250 M.Ton.

The main raw materials are Imported Scrap of HMS-1 & HMS-2, Sponge Iron, Ferro Manganese, Silico Manganese, Ferro Silico Manganese different chemical, Cast Iron and other component.

Rod are important and main part of any type of constriction. From the last decade Rod demand increase 10 times because constraction in real state and other commercial building constriction is totally depended on 60 & 40 Grad Rod.

To ensure quality of finished product our Technical & Q.C personnel check and verify all the billet after production. We ensure all cemical and streant test by universal testing machine after verify quality we produce 60 & 40 Grad Dform Rod and all Grad Rod tested in our Lab after production after getting ensure about product than we allow for delivery. The product are certified by BUIT, BSTI & ISO standard.
